Our Expertise
We started off as a corporate compliance firm. However, in the past few years the firm has handled more than 35 private equity transactions (including negotiations, term sheet and SHAs) and have gained market visibility as a startup firm for these services at a considerable cost. The ticket size for such closed deals with the help of CBJ is generally early stage investments ranging from USD 100k to USD 20 million. CBJ also represents the founders / their entities for transactional Due Diligence and generally have assisted in mitigating deal risks during fundraise.
Our Solutions
The firm understands the legal dynamics of corporate structures and has assisted a number of clients in settling founder disputes / investor negotiations / stakeholder reporting and other dispute resolution / legal matters. CBJ provides advisory and litigation assistance to our clients in filing of writ petitions in company law matters (including but not limited to deadlock removal, oppression and mismanagement, objections to mergers and others).
