Mr. Chirag Jain is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Markets. Prior to establishing his own Corporate Consulting firm in the form of C. B. Jain & Associates (CBJ) in 2014, Chirag worked with a Multinational Accounting firm, TMF Services India Private Limited (an affiliate firm of TMF-Group in India). During his employment at TMF group, Chirag was involved in Corporate Secretarial assignments, Business Development and Corporate advisory to both local and overseas companies. His experience in India extends to a diverse range of industries for both listed and non-listed companies including those in manufacturing, e-commerce, retailing, fin-tech, construction, cash and carry, software engineering, Corporate Legal and Investment Banking. Along with leading the firm at CBJ | Dexplore India, Chirag spearheads the Fundraising, Corporate Secretarial, Startup advisory and FEMA Compliance domain. His specialization areas include structuring of setup and inbound transactions for foreign subsidiaries in India, Private equity and Deal advisory, Forecasting and valuations, Secretarial audits, Succession planning, Scrutinizer services, IPR advisory.
Ms. Akshita Gohil is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She brings in the required ROC, RBI and secretarial compliance filings experience for the firm. She is charged with the day-to-day compliance matters and secretarial filings for Private and LLP clients. She is also entrusted with the training of interns.
