Mr. Chirag Jain is a Member of ICSI and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Markets. Prior to establishing his own Corporate Advisory firm in the form of C. B. Jain & Associates (CBJ) in 2014, Chirag worked with a Multinational Accounting firm, TMF Services India Private Limited (an affiliate firm of TMF-Group in India). During his employment at TMF group, Chirag was involved in Business Development and Corporate advisory to both local and overseas companies. His experience in India extends to a diverse range of industries for both listed and non-listed companies including those in manufacturing, e-commerce, retailing, fin-tech, construction, cash and carry, software engineering, Corporate Legal and Investment Banking. Along with founding and leading the firm at CBJ, Chirag spearheads the Investment Banking and Deal advisory, Forecasting and valuations, Dispute resolution, Fundraising, Legal matters, Due Diligence, Startup advisory, Succession planning, Scrutinizer services, IPR advisory and FEMA Compliance domain.
Ms. Pooja Jain brings in the required ROC, RBI and secretarial compliance filings experience for the firm. She is charged with the client delivery, reporting and other forms of corporate advisory deliverables. She is also entrusted with the team building initiatives of the firm.
Ms. Bhumi Tailor is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). She is charged with the day-to-day compliance matters and secretarial filings for Private and LLP clients. She is also entrusted with the training of interns and executives.
Ms. Kajal Parihar brings in the required GST, TDS, Income Tax and other tax compliance filings experience for the firm. She is charged with the day-to-day client accounting compliance matters and Tax filings for Private and LLP clients. She is entrusted with the training of personnel in the Tax department of the firm.
